Availability, Pricing and Payment
Harney Fine Teas Ltd endeavors to maintain the accuracy of product images, product descriptions, stock availability and prices, we do however reserve the right to cancel an order and/or reverse a payment if an order has been placed based on erroneous information.
Unless expressly advised otherwise, all prices will be displayed in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST. Products and their prices are subject to change without notice at any time.
Pricing displayed is RRP, wholesale pricing is not displayed online.
Delivery
We will endeavor to dispatch your order within 1 business day once we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received the full amount due to be paid for that order.
Delivery addresses must be within New Zealand and we do not deliver to PO Box or Private Bag addresses.
Additional delivery timeframes will be applicable for Rural Delivery.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
Where you believe that incorrect products have been delivered, you must contact us with any such claim within 7 days of delivery and provide us with a reasonable opportunity to investigate that claim.
Returns and Refunds
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery of your order to advise of issues and request a refund.
Products must be returned unused and the packaging in new condition to:
