Shipping policy
We will endeavor to dispatch your order within 1 business day once we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received the full amount due to be paid for that order.
Delivery addresses must be within New Zealand and we do not deliver to PO Box or Private Bag addresses.
Additional delivery timeframes will be applicable for Rural Delivery.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
Where you believe that incorrect products have been delivered, you must contact us with any such claim within 7 days of delivery and provide us with a reasonable opportunity to investigate that claim.
However you prefer to purchase we’re only too pleased to assist.
We can accept your order over the phone, fax, email, online, post.
We use secure SHOPIFY for credit card payments.

Rural post and oversized parcels may incur additional charges, we will quote you first. Rural delivery addresses do not qualify for overnight delivery.
Free freight to non-rural addresses for orders over $100. For rural orders over $100, a $6 rural charge will be applied.
These rates include gst and are applicable only to on-line orders. For wholesale shipping rates please contact us.
Please ensure the correct freight charges are chosen for your destination. Your shipment will be delayed while we contact you for the correct amount owing.
All orders received on a business day by 1pm are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this or on weekends will go out the next working day. Items are shipped via courier. We are unable to ship to postal boxes. Shipped items should arrive in approx. 2-3 days. In rural and regional areas of New Zealand, delivery to final destination may take longer.

You are welcome to call into our warehouse to personally purchase your tea. Store hours are 9.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we are closed during weekends and public holidays.
