We are proud to be the tea blenders for the Dorchester, London's luxury 5 star hotel, for over ten years. Over that time, we have learned the taste preferences of the British. We know they like their tea strong - indeed this one is! An English-style English Breakfast tea, Dorchester Breakfast is made to be served with milk and sugar.
Preferring a "Black" leaf tea, I am pleased that I strayed from my usual purchase of Lapsang Souchon or Irish Breakfast and tried the Dorchester blend. The blend suites my palate very well with the only problem being having to make a choice from the three tea caddies when I wish " a cup of tea and a quiet lie down."
I note that subconsciously, my hand seems to be straying 75% of the time to the Dorchester caddy and accordingly, I strongly recommend it to long time tea lovers.
