An ancient and much loved tea from China, large leaves are dried over smoky pine fires. As you might imagine, the tea develops a distinctive smoky flavour. Give it a try when you want a change of pace.
I like the tea very much, except that I have found that I have to keep a teapot just for that particular tea. It is a very strong flavour. That said however I do like the flavour, but comparing it to 'Black Cask Bourbon' I prefer the latter.
