Provence

This tea was imagined and created by our French intern, Marine. Her idea was simple: to transport you to her native region of Provence. The inspiration for this tea is the fields of lavender, apricots, and lemons found in the French towns that border the Mediterranean. Our Provence tea is a soft melange of floral and fruit flavours.

Ingredients: White tea, lemon flavour, apricot flavours, lavender, vanilla flavour, and honey flavour. Contains natural flavours.

• Grey Goose French Vodka 1 ¾ oz. (large shot)
• Abricot du Roussillon (French Apricot Brandy) ¼ oz.
• Double strength Provence Tea at room temperature ½ oz.
• Fresh lemon juice ¼ oz.

Add ingredients to ice and shake well. Strain and serve in a chilled glass with a slice of lemon or a lavender flower.
